Responsibilities:
-Performing basic office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
-Maintaining a database of transactions and ensuring that records are complete and updated.
-Recording information, processing, and filing of forms.
-Assist in the preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Annual BIR Reportorial
-Preparing of financial reports.
-Updating of ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
-Application of up-to-date accounting principles in daily transactions.
-Responding timely and appropriately to vendor, client, and internal request.
Requirements:
-College Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and other similar courses.
-At least 1 year work experience.
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Optional: Familiar with the use of SAP accounting system
