INVENTORY ORIENTATION: SYSTEM INTEGRATION

QUEZON CITY, Philippines – the inventory orientation session on how to use the new integrated inventory system was completed, ensuring that all participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the platform. The session began with an in-depth walkthrough of the system’s interface, covering its layout and the various tools available for users to navigate smoothly. This walkthrough included a step-by-step guide on how to use the key functions, such as tracking stock levels, updating product information, and generating detailed reports to monitor inventory. Allowing Hansei participants to interact directly with the system by working through real-time scenarios, participants could build their confidence in using the system effectively.
Participants were able to navigate the system with ease and demonstrated a strong grasp of its functions. Many expressed that they felt equipped to use the inventory system confidently in our daily operation onsite. Overall, the session achieved its goal of ensuring that users are prepared to utilize it efficiently in their respective roles.
ENERGIZATION OF MILAGROSA SWITCHING STATION

CALAMBA CITY, Philippines – the successful energization of the Milagrosa Switching Station inside Carmelray Industrial Park II marks a significant achievement in enhancing the stability and reliability of the southern part of the Luzon region grid.
This station is a crucial addition to electrical infrastructure, providing an important node for managing and distributing electricity efficiently.
The energization of the Milagrosa Switching Station on September 30, 2024, 4:36 am to October 1, 2024, 9:37 am, was meticulously planned and executed operation, completed in less than thirty hours.
This success is a true reflection of what we can achieve when we work together. The energization process required the close collaboration of multiple teams. The way each department worked in harmony is a testament to the strength of our team’s unity.

EARTHQUAKE DRILL TO BOOST PREPAREDNESS

QUEZON CITY, Philippines – in a proactive move to enhance safety and emergency preparedness, Hansei Corporation held an earthquake drill at their main office on Thursday. The exercise was part of the company’s broader safety initiative to protect employees and ensure swift and effective responses during seismic events.
The drill, which lasted approximately 5-10 minutes, involved all staff. It was conducted in collaboration with the local barangay. At 9:00 a.m. a loud alarm signaled the start of the drill. Employees immediately followed the standard earthquake safety procedures by seeking cover under desks or sturdy structures and holding on until the “all-clear” signal was given. Evacuation began after a simulated aftershock, with staff moving swiftly to designated safe zones outside the building.
Following the exercise, safety personnel held a debriefing session. Initial reports indicated that the majority of employees followed safety protocols effectively.
BHART: AN INSIDE LOOK AT LINEMAN TRAINING

the city’s financial and government district, in partnership with Hansei Corporation.
“This is a significant milestone for the construction of the City Proper substation. This project will eventually provide a reliable and
sustainable power supply and will complement to economic growth and development of the City of Iloilo.” -Hansei President and CEO Rudy Nuyda.
As a result of the control center, the city’s response time and decision-making will be improved when there are power outages.
NEW 500MW SOLAR FARM IN NUEVA ECIJA

NUEVA ECIJA, Philippines – SPNEC, Miescor, and Hansei Corporation led the groundbreaking ceremony for a new 230 kV transmission line
for the 500 MW solar farm project.
Under the Philippine Energy Plan, the Department of Energy (DoE) has committed to renewable energy to account for
35% of the country’s total energy generation by 2030, and 50% by 2040
Once operational, the project aims to supplement the Luzon grid’s thin reserves to help prevent rotating outages affecting millions of Filipinos.
ABOITIZPOWER WITH ITS SECOND SOLAR POWER PLANT IN PANGASINAN

PANGASINAN, Philippines – AboitizPower Corp. has selected SUMEC Complete Equipment and Engineering Co. Ltd. and Hansei Corporation
to construct its second solar project in Pangasinan, Philippines
The project is following the Cayanga Solar Power Plant in the town of Bugallon which is targeted to start commercial operation by June next year.
The Laoag solar plant has already signed a 20-year contract with a prominent retail company in the Philippines for the majority of its output.
The project is expected to produce approximately 261 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of clean energy every year, equivalent to the
annual power consumption of around 100,000 average Filipino households.
NAPOCOR REHABILITATION OF MINOLO–MAMBURAO AWARDED TO HANSEI

MANILA, Philippines – State-owned National Power Corporation (NAPOCOR) has awarded Hansei Corporation the contract to rehabilitate the
53-kilometer Minolo to Mamburao 69-kV transmission line.
The rehabilitation works include replacing wooden poles with steel and concrete to enhance electricity services in the region.
In pursuit of the same mandate, NAPOCOR also operates 276 Small Power Utilities Group (SPUG) power plants in 195 municipalities
across 34 provinces in the country.
